Anyone try it yet? Any idea who makes it for them? Not a bad price as long as its a little bit more stable than Mobil 1 AFE 0w-30.

If I was in need. I'd use it in a heartbeat.
I buy the cheapest full-syn 0w20 at this point. Easy engine on oil, 7k max runs.

I was at my local AAP today and was told that they were changing out Carquest oil for Fram motor oil in the near future. Never heard of it, I googled Fram oil and nothing came up except oil filters and such. Anyone else heard of this oil.

Why 0W-30 in NC in the summer? Is it on sale cheap? Myself I'd just pick up something at Walmart on Rollback a full synthetic like 05-30 and like Mobil 1 now and a rebate.
As long as it's properly certified.
I have found when I run 10w-30, it's sluggish until warm, but not so much with 5w-30. Curious if 0w-30 would continue the trend in a positive direction. I have a Subaru impreza, one of the more notable "calls for 0w-20 but most people use a 30" engines.
