As I posted elsewhere, I picked up a 2010 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro last month. It was CPO with 27,000 miles on it. One thing I noticed and initially figured was just a "quirk" of this car I'd have to get used to was a slight flat spot when trying to accelerate slowly from a stop. It was like the accelerator would catch and then go. It actually reminded me of the "good ol' days" when cars had carburetors and the accelerator pump was getting a little weak, which meant when you punched it off the line, you'd get a little stumble until the vacuum drop through the venturis could start pulling the fuel. Except on my Audi, it was at slow speed and very slight throttle. Anyhow, within 200 miles of a tank of gas using FP Plus, the flat spot is now gone and the engine does feel a little peppier. I think the FP is doing its thing and cleaning everything out nicely.
