Formula Shell or Pennzoil

I know that the best oil topic has been beaten to death.
But, given that both are conventional 5w30, and both are the same price.
Which would you pick. Formula Shell or Pennzoil.

PZ if the two oils are the same price...

That being said, Formula Shell is a great performer, especially if its on sale(49c/qt at Murrays)

Cant go wrong with SOPUS oils....
