Formula Shell Full Synthetic??

Does anyone know anything about this oil? I saw it in the [censored]'sWarehouse Club yesterday.

Its another one of those oils that is not easy to get a hold of. I got lucky and found some on sale at an auto parts store for $2 a quart, and thats because they were discontinuing it at their store.
