In a few years, Lewis will be remembered like everyone else. He's impressed me a lot over his earlier years, with his attitude, although this year he regressed a little.

All the big names had major personality issues. We just gloss over them as time passes.

I think Hamilton may be the most talented driver at the present time....
but I hate his "celebrity friends" that wind up getting so much camera time coverage.
Justin Bieber almost on the podium at Monaco was the low point of the season.

Money and/or noteriety can't buy class. I have a lot more time for her sister whom I believe is a much better player with a much smaller ego.

In 2016, the FIA GT3 homologated cars included:

Cadillac ATS
Chevrolet Camaro
Chevrolet Corvette Z06
Dodge Viper
Ford GT
Ford Mustang

Not a bad collection.

Thanks for that list. I had forgotten about the Viper, of course. The Cadillac makes sense, but the Mustang and the Camaro are a bit more of a surprise, but quite welcome. GT3 racing is pretty easy to find online for free, too, and in HD.

With the comment about JB almost making it to the podium in Monaco, I think that might have been the end of Bernie right there, with his head exploding. It would be the huge crossover moment he always wanted but a giant breach of protocol. On the other hand, he might have been the only person there to take it in stride, while everyone else reached for pitchforks.

Predicting Bernie is well neigh impossible.
