Ford 6.7 Diesel - Motorcraft FL2124S vs FL2124SW

Does anyone know the difference between Motorcraft FL2124S and FL2124SW oil filters?

The Ford Parts site describes them as follows:

Part #: FL2124S (MU2Z6731C) - Engine Oil Filter Kit Element and Gasket Chassis. High Sulfur Diesel Fuel Content.

Part #: FL2124SW (MU2Z6731E) - Engine Oil Filter Kit Element and Gasket Chassis. High Sulfur Diesel Fuel Content. Single Pack Walmart.

It doesn't seem like they would go to the effort of of a different part number if there were no difference. Has anyone cut them open or weighted them? Does anyone buy the one from Walmart?

They should be the same, just the W is exclusively for WalMart. They do it on a few filters. Also keeps people from theoretically buying these from WalMart for less than dealer cost, then return them to a dealer for more money.
