Thanks guys! To be honest, the trip was rather short, and didn't really have the chance to take any "exotic" pics, as I stayed home most of the time.
..wife did make me take a bunch of pics of different foods we ate...and I did take a few of the my parents' house...will post some of it when I get some time...
still recovering from the 24 hr flying time induced jet lag
Pete: I love it! I got the chance to play with it a lot, and i love how the flash strength can be compensated, and it can be used to illuminate exactly where you're focusing and nothing else...
And love the Bokeh (sp?) effect (like in pic above) this lens creates so well.
Now I am itching for the 55-200 VR Nikkor Lens...
