FL-400s & P1 Change int.

I have both filters in stock MC FL-400s & P1 (20195) I usually run Fram XG 2600 oversize on my Toy-4Runner out to 8,000 miles but I picked up the MC & P1 filters on sale and im not sure how long I should run either filter? Am I ok with my 8K on both or shorten the miles? By the way the truck is an 06-V6 with 130K running on full synthetic diet from day one.

Change filter 1/2 way. It wont be dirt, but gum and varnish from crummy E10 fuel we get up here that'll kill those filters early.
