Very nice car! It must be good fun with all the extra hp. I'm kind of nervous buying an expensive car with a turbo added though.
I guess meeting the seller is almost more of a character and technical knowledge evaluation interview? I guess you must have some experience with what a happy turbo'd motor sounds and feels like after owning a few.

The intercooler pipes are polished, and have a bit of surface corrosion on them. I'm thinking of painting them to match the car.

In fact, I'm thinking of painting the car Charcoal Gray like the pic below.

Plasti-Dip it in that color Actually, some folks have done exactly that. It is completely reversible, so you would be only out of the cost of doing it if you end up hating it.
