It was the only available hotel in the area. I signed up for a week.

That night it sounded like a bowling alley above me. No idea what was going on.... the whole third floor was loud all night.

The next morning I checked out and didn't complain and just wanted to be gone.

A few days later I got a call from corporate and they inquired why I left....I explained it was noisy all night and I went elsewhere.

They didn't even charge me the night I was there and sent me some coupons for free stay next time..

I booked this place today and by directly pre paying beat Bookings by $120 and then the website gave me a 10% discount code that was a great deal. Right on the water and only 10.6 miles away from where I want to go... thanks all..

Priceline, Costco and AAA are the only ones I have found that offer any significant savings. Always check the price booking direct too. Many times it's the same or cheaper. If its the same you will usually get better treatment if you have any requests on arrival
