A vehicle hand book that is less than 100 pages, and only contains relevant, informative stuff.

No Beepers, Buzzers or idiot lights to tell me someone is sitting on a seat without wearing a seat belt.*

*I DO and always have worn seat belts, but sometimes I like to place shopping on the passenger seat.

Being able to updated the software on the car's various onboard computers to fix a problem, without having to replace the entire computer.

A small one but a "feature" some cars just don't have is a low washer fluid light. As far as I'm concerned its a safety problem to not have one. But I've been in cars which I just assumed had the light like others I've owned and before you know it, you go to clean the windshield and you have no washer fluid. The Civic has the low fluid light, every car should have that (more so in snowy/salted areas obviously)

Here are a few of my fav's

A/C
heated seats
Radio controls on the Steering wheel
4X4 Low
Floor high beams - only had this on one car as they were pretty much phased out by the time I started driving in the late 80's but I see the virtue of it and agree, it was a good design , not sure why it went away?
