I don't really find I need an energy boost too often? Usually I'm fine through out the day with a couple cups of coffee or I'll have the odd can of regular sugar pop. Ginger ale or Cola. I've tried Redbull once and it wasn't to my taste, so I'm not paying $4 for it or any other energy drink.
If I am lagging and do really have to get something done in the next couple hours, some dark chocolate works for me.
