A real pickup has 2 full size door doors. Those 4 door models with nearly useless tiny beds are just styling mall crawlers only good for carrying mulch back from Home Depot. An extended cab has plenty of room for people in the back and can even be had with an 8 foot bed.

I have a Extended Cab truck & a Crew Cab truck.....Both have 6.5" beds. There's isn't room behind me for anybody with legs in the Extended Cab truck as I need to have the driver seat all the way back for enough leg room to drive comfortably.

I have a F150 Supercab with the 2.7 and I really like it , it is more car like and really lightly built 5.5 ft bed as compared to the wife's x cab 8' bed F350. the F350 tows the horse trailer and gets its bed full of horse food and shavings etc. The wife loves the F350.
