I was not an EB fan going in, as I believed the hype between what the engine realistically could do and what the auto press was printing was too great.
After reading posts here (and others) I see the actual day-to-day performance of the engine, I think it's a great idea that in years to come will become even better.
Having personally dealt with Ford for several years as a go-between the customer and the manufacturer however, I can tell you in all likelihood, you're "written history" of visits and or complaints will get you not one extra day or mile of powertrain coverage regardless of it's complexity or compelling readability.
