Vaguely remember those. They weren't big sellers? Not sure how well the 4.3 would hold up under continuous long term boost (like towing). IIRC it had split crank pins, so as to get even fire--makes me wonder if EB's use one throw per cylinder, makes the block longer but a stronger crank.
 
The EB isn't a 60 degree 6? That negates the split pin.... (just asking, I assumed it was a 60 deg)

They might be--didn't even think of that. Would make sense.
 
6% strait shot grade, that's cute. They need to test around here where the grades are a little higher, but you have to slow in the curves and have to start acceleration all over again...
