The Mustang is in the body shop and insurance is covering a rental. Agency offered a 2015 F150 with 5000 miles on it for the same rate as the Kia Gia's so I took it. Its the Supercrew with the 5.5ft bed 4x4 and 5.0L V8. Basically the new version of my current truck with a bigger cab.
So far I've only put a few miles on it but I gotta say WOW. Definitely peppier! I don't know if its the weight loss or the small tweaks the 5.0L received but definitely quicker. Seems to handle a little better, too. Although I do have my 5100 leveling kit set a bit high. Interior feels a lot different, too.
Overall, it "feels smaller and lighter" than my 2011. Except the inside; the inside is quite roomy especially the back. Not all good, though. The hood has a recessed center section like the Crown Vic's had in the early-mid 90's. I guess it helps visibility but I think it looks poopy out the windshield
