I find that statement interesting as oil prices at my local Wally's have gone up 20% across the board since Katrina. Example: M1 used to be $4.77 but is now $5.68...Motorcraft is up similarly...
 
How else will they continue to turn record shattering profits? It's not like they'll actually bleed for the people a little bit while prices are abnormal.
