Extreme Bright Videos

Every once in awhile I'll run into a video that's extremely bright. I'll have to turn the brightness down with my keyboard buttons. I'm just curious as to what's going on here. Is it some kind of special video camera they're using? This doesn't happen very often; once in a blue moon. The video posted below is one of those extremely bright ones.

That's what happens when cheap equipment is used to produce a video. The best cell phone cameras cannot complete with good quality production cameras. It is what it is.

@Soft Cars, when is the last time your eyes were examined? Cataracts can make you more sensitive to light.
