Evoque

The LR2 is great, that was my initial choice after the Evoque. I liked the size and the more open interior as compared to the others, but by the time you put in heated seats, nav etc. you were looking at $44K list, in Evoque territory.

The Evoque is also great, but the more I looked at it the more I appreciated the traditional look. Then once I took the RR for a long drive I was hooked plus my other half preferred it and she'll be using it a bit.

The LR4 is just huge...

Good luck.

I love those as well. I just hope you have a good warranty I see those things everywhere and quite often one corner of the air suspension is leaking and its jacked to one side.

Do they still use Jag motors and ZF transmissions or are they all BMW now?

Thanks all.

It comes w/ a good warranty, roadside assistance and the dealer has '23' loaners...which I think is a good thing...or I probably should have run over to Lexus when I heard that:-)

Jag AJ V8 w/ a ZF 6 speed auto.

Above the glove box and on the sides of the center console. Possibly faux wood, but that's true for majority of car interiors.

I really like the look of the Land Rovers....except for that silly looking teeny-bopper Evoque. It's ugly. Looks squashed. Back window is about as big as a bread box. The other models are quite nice looking and have an air of class and sophistication not normally found in the big three's SUV's.

Real wood or so they say, well about 1mm of real wood veneer... It does look good though, plastic-wood is a pet peeve.

..almost exactly 40yrs apart in build dates, interesting contrast.

staged a 'then and now' w/ the new family hauler and the old toy:
