Review the top tier fuel component requirements. If you scroll down you will find that 8-10% ethanol is required for a top tier fuel fuel. To meet the top tier requirement, ALL grades must contain 8-10% ethanol.

Thats interesting. You would think a top tier gas would have to be 100% gasoline. Thought maybe I could find a station not selling gas with the E-10 but so far they all have that sticker on their pumps.

Whats strange is it was never mentioned on the news or in any of the local newspapers that the state gave permission to use 10% Ethanol in all their gasolines. The price sure didn't go down any as the Ethanol went in.

Same thing in my part of FL. I found out about the E10 switch when this article was posted on the website of a local TV station. Other parts of FL had better coverage of the E10 switch.
