Engine Mounts/Motor Mounts ?

How about engine mounts from Duralast or Beck/Arnley?
The Autozone Duralast is just a DEA/MARMON and or ANCHOR re branded in a Duralast box

Not 100% on the Beck /Arnley

If these were easy to get to it would be no biggie to save some coin and go with aftermarket but a V8 engine mount is not just a snap to get in and out so go OEM Nissan for peace of mind paying or changing them twice will be more than just going OEM to begin with

Also if they are getting oily or getting transmission fluid on them they will be toast in no time even the best ones will not hold up

That was one of the sources of the infamous Chevrolet V-8 motor mount failures of decades back.

The Beck Arnley has half a chance of being re-boxed OE.

That said you want OE quality/durability with OE NVH, just bite the bullet and get OE, they really don't seem the unreasonable...

Over $200 each. OUCH!

He said it was a 2008 Titan but he didn't say 2WD or 4, I assume 2 because the ones for a 4 do not appear to be over 200.00 from the usual online discounters.

Still, IME aftermarket stuff is junk - especially something like this.

Yes 2wd

Who makes very high quality engine mounts/motor mounts that are priced very reasonable? I would buy Nissan OEM but they are extremely over priced in my opinion.

Truck - 2008 Nissan Titan
Spend the extra and get OEM mounts. I always regretted buying aftermarkets. They either don't last or are stiffer and you will feel much more irratating vibrations from the engine, resembling a rough idle..

The reason for me wanting to replace them is because my stock exhaust manifolds are starting to leak. I am having long tube headers installed and I figured now is the time to do this

No problem. I have replaced a lot of mounts and never really seen an aftermarket one that was any good. If you go aftermarket , stay away from Anchor and Duralast from the zone. If you are going to keep the car a while, OEM is a good investment.

Here is something I am trying/wanting to understand. Polyurethane vs Rubber motor mounts. I have been reading online that Polyurethane hold up longer and are a little stiffer than rubber motor mounts which in turn can possibly make the Polyurethane mounts cause vibration inside the cab of my 2008 Titan. Is it possible that if I do install the Polyurethane mounts there is no noticeable difference in the two?

When I read that it can cause vibration does that mean vibration just like the way that when tires are out of balance vibration? can this be felt in the steering wheel, drivers seat,or even throughout the entire truck?

Please help me with this. Thanks in advance!
