IMO not a problem to worry about...
...BUT since this is BITOG... You could try and do what people do to dehumidify gun safes: have a couple incandescent lights powered at all times... One in air intake, one in the exhaust. Frankly I'd be more concerned about flat-spotted tires, rubber hoses and belts dry-rotting, etc more so than anything engine oil related.
