So I now realized that I have very sparkily engine oil. Is it possible to flush it out with a SAE 20? I dont take to well with engine flushes that dilute your existing oil. Would an HD-20 be good to use as a flush?

What car and what mileage?
I would go to Walmart and pick up some Supertech for $10 a 5qt jug and do a very short OCI if you think you have "Sparkling oil". Depending on how bad it is I might change the oil and filter, take it out on the highway for an hour, then do another filter change.
What do you think is causing your sparkles?

Auto RX seems to be a great product.....for removing deposits (clean/rinse)....and for keeping deposits from forming (maintenance dose).
If you have stuff suspended in the oil (sparkily), that sounds like a different situation.
I would wonder where this stuff is coming from.
So...a little more information would be helpful.

Change the oil and filter, but take a sample and send it to the lab to find out what the sparkles are. I wouldn't spend money on arx until I found out more about what was going on. If it is metal flakes, arx isn't going to help.
I assume sparkily oil to mean metallic particles as well, if that's the case autorx will be a wasted of money along with just about any other cash spent on flushing/cleaning as well. Ii may be worthwhile to do an oil change with a cheap oil, and filter to see if the metallic particles show up again, if so I would not even waste money on a lab test as you know you have a problem.
Then again maybe autorx is as good as it is pushed here on this site, if it fixes this problem, and the problem is metallic particles in the oil (we need more info as mentioned by Pablo, and define sparkily) I guess you would have a engine rebuild in a can ?
