Many transmissions spec 75w90 or 10w30 motor oil. Synchromesh is a 10w30 wt oil made for transmissions as is redline MTL that is very popular. I had Gl5 in my jeep and it shifted horribly, I drained it and put strait 30 rotella that also says on the jug good for gear boxes and transmissions and it shifts good, except in very cold weather. The factory part number for the fluid is Mopar 10w30 synthetic motor oil.
There are several options for a fluid in manual transmissions, 10w30 motor oil, Synchromesh type fluids, 75w90 GL4, and as someone else mentioned tractor transmission and hydro fluid like shell spirax S4 TXM which has the GL4 spec on the back of the bottle. Spirax or similar can be found in many stores such as the local co-op and tractor supply. Any thing is better than empty though so a walk mart 10w30 or 40 would be fine too.
