The following is a letter from a middle manager to the owner of a manufacturing facility. It was forwarded anonymously through my family. Let's just say this place is... not in a prosperous English-speaking country.

I don't know about you all, but I'm in awe.

OUR ANY THREE PAGE MOTOR (COMPRESER, FUSING MACHINE & ADJUST FAN E.T.C
ALSO. THEN PRBLEM OUR PRODUCTION.

SO, I REQUEST THIS PROBLEM NEED EMERGENCY SOLUTION.

Looks to me like PDB Maine Power needs to get their act together and stop with the outages. It's shutting down the factory and production is suffering!!!
 
Tmoto and TaterandNoodles pretty much have it.


My best shot at a translation:

"Power fails regularly at the factory. PDB [the local power company] cannot keep the mains online. When this affects our three-phase power as well, it stops production.

This needs to be addressed immediately.

Yeah, Asian comes to mind.
Having lived close to Chinatown In NYC for some years before I moved, this is not surprising language at all.
