Have the farmers that do have eggs been able to raise their prices, or is this strictly "demand pricing" at higher levels?

The government pays farms for loss of production due to bird flu, so the farmers have little reason to care. (Without this policy though, there would be an incentive to put tainted eggs on the market.)

I worry about cholesterol. I haven't been to a doctor in far too long and I'm just afraid that eggs will make that heart attack just a bit closer.

So I haven't paid any attention to eggs.

I saw a short video of someone pushing an orange cart/pallet of eggs out of Costco checkout.
At that qty I wonder if it’s better to pop into Tijuana then pop back. It’s only 4 hours each way for the drive.

Bloke at work's son is an egg vendor.
$6 aus per dozen, I get two dozen a week, and typically another from aldi when we run out.

There's a few months of empties to get refilled....

His son puts $3 from each dozen in a forever account, and saving for a car/spending the rest
