Mine says meets 2013 emissions specs so I assume it's a 13. It runs great,never had to mess with anything other than air filter and spark plug. It only gets torco gp7 oil

When I run my Husky 225R / RJ brush cutter with blade, I need to set the carb for the hot summer use, then when I use in october and november with all the prickers and vines on my trails, I need to richen up the carb a bit more. Then I forget and when the hot summer comes around again its too rich and wont hit anywhere near max RPM.

Unfortunate but not surprising.
It’s the Walmart effect. Reduce the price by x% per year in order for us to keep carrying your product. You don’t think that Home Depot or other places are any different?
Add to that massive real inflation, what do you expect?
Sure, it was more of a deal when you could get that prosumer product at a box store convenience, and reasonable cost. But when haven’t these places taken quality out?
