I have two favorites. My daughters 1992 Camry 2.2 4 cyl. Drain plug is easy, but the top mounted filter makes this a no-mess change. Really surprised not to see a Camry mentioned on the other 5 pages.
Honorable mention (of my past cars), my 2000 Volvo S40. Plug was easy, but I thought the cartridge filter would be a pain. With the filter cup wrench, it wasn't. And being perpendicular to the floor, it was mess free.
Every other car I owned typically dripped oil down my arms when removing the filter.
