Earthquake Cecil County?

I felt a small quake ten minutes ago. 3.4 . It originated in Berkeley across the Bay. My cats raised their heads, swished their tails, and went back to sleep. Tough pussies! Cuddles let out a Hound of the Bakervilles type howl. Shivers ran down the neighborhood's collective spine.

Possibly 2.4 - which means they wouldn't post it because your not supposed to feel it - but maybe you were close enough?

We do have Aberdeen Proving Ground here and they test some crazy stuff. But this wasn't a boom but a shift and shake but no bake...
