Heard Baking soda and jiffy muffin mix may work, read on you tube. muffix mix is what attracts them, baking soda is the killer, being rats or mice cannot burp or pass gas, their stomach basically explodes, killing them. Don't know if it works or not, but a cheap way if it does.
