I am a registered Democrat (although I vote for whoever I think will do a good job regardless of their party so I am really an Independent). I just now received some stuff today from the Colorado Democratic Party. Now understand, this is not meant in any way as a political post.

According to the paperwork that I received voters can vote at early voting sites. I plan on voting November 2th. What exactly is an early voting site?

It used to be called absentee voting. Just an easier way for people to vote without having to go in person.

You can vote 3 ways that I know of, General Election, Absentee ballot, or early voting. Early voting is usually at the county courhouse of other designated areas.

I voted Friday at the County Courthouse. In case I am going to be out of town or fishing, I voted early because it was raining.

Vote early and vote often.

If I would have known that I could have voted early then I would have voted Thursday or Friday. As it is I have to leave work and it takes a while for me to drive to where I vote, so I will be gone from work for about one hour. They have to let me go of course, but I don't like to do that.
