I'm sorry, I don't hear anything wrong
Also, as for the driveshaft(s), seems fine to me. Doesn't seem to be any "play" in the assembly.

All fluids have been changed

I’m going to take the drive shaft off tomorrow and check the u joint

Unfortunately, I don’t have a lift. I will look more into it tomorrow. If not, It’ll get looked at by a BMW shop

That's about the mileage the u-joints fail.
The symptoms appear simliar to when they failed on my e30s
