Hi Guys,

Does anyone know anything about quality .. they are really cheap ... and only option available at AutoZone ...

Thank you

Got Duralast Gold brake pads on all my cars. Lifetime pads just slap in and go. Not the most hi end pads out there but they serve my purpose.

Thx guys

I like good bargains!
I hope that they will not warp quickly hate re doing stuff...

Don't cheap on the pads, get the duralast gold or ceramic. The entry level semi metallic pads throw black dust like a diesel exhaust.

All parts sourced rotors are Chinese sourced now, the best you can do is paint them to deter rust on the hats and veins.

WOW - simply amazing how cheap some things have gotten!

And you can't find thick rotors anymore. The best you can find are powder coated on the hats and veins with mil spec balancing. If you want non Chinese rotors you can look at Beck and arnley, (Australian).

That being said, just because all rotors are made in China doesn't mean they are equal, some manufacturers do have Italian management which results in a better product from what I understand.

Funny thing is, and I fully realize that others experience will differ from mine, but the cheapo rotors on my Mazda 3, that in comparison to the original ones look pretty much like in the picture above, actually perform better than the OEM ones.
They have over 50k on them and are very smooth when slowing down from highway speeds, where the OEM rotors started to shudder at that mileage.

Duralast Gold and Cmax are extremely good values for a great pad. Plus the lifetime warranty - you can replace them free anytime and get new ones. I have been installing them for about 3 years now and never had a complaint. The rotors, I've probably installed 20-30 sets and also no issues. Good solid values all around.

Got the gold stuff on the WS6, lots of 1/4 mile passes stopping from 118ish. Couldn't be happier with them for what I paid.
