Duralast conventional wipers are surprisingly decent

I got these in a pinch for my Accord and they've performed well on two rainy days so far. They are quiet and make full contact with the windshield. Any hybrid / beam blades I've used on this car miss the last inch or so on the passenger side due to the curve of the glass. The rubber is also coated with PTFE a.k.a Teflon. This *should* help reduce friction on my old pitted windshield.

Snow / ice are a big enemy of the open frame style of conventional wipers but I think the worst of winter is over (been a mild one anyway). If these get me through the summer, I'll be happy. I think they're pricey at $12.99/each but those are parts store prices for you.

Beam blades work fine on some vehicles. Others, not so much. Beam style blades work well on our VW. Conventional blades work better on my F-150.
