Durablend; cheap and meets high standards

On second thought, maybe they're importing the European Durablend 10w40 formula:

Durablend seems like a decent blend oil(with a supposedly advanced additive package rumor had it) if it can be had at a good price.

I don't have NOS. If you scroll down you'll see the 10-40's to 20-50.

Euro DB seems to meet B specs. the Us product sheet and bottle only says A3. Nothing about B specs. Doubt it's imported. at least the 10-40 doesn't seem to be.

Just an FYI guys...I picked up 5 qts of 5W20 Durablend and 4 qts of 5W30 Durablend at Advance Auto for 1.95 per qt.

Check out your local AA's to see if they have it also at that price

Maxlife Synthetic 10W30 meets A3 and all the Euro standards....not energy conserving, though....

Ones in my area don't. I have a sneaky suspicion they might be discontinuing the Durablend at AAP's. Shame, but we'll see. We just got some new Quaker State Synthetic type stuff that doesn't have a spot... so i'm guessing the DB is out, and the QS ________ is in.

10-40 seems to be working out as a good Visc for this supra. I can't wait to get the Quaker State Synthetic Blend out and the DB in there.
