You are in Florida....

Run the absolutely cheapest API "SN" oil money can buy and change it once a month.

Synthetic 0W-20, changed at less than 15,000 miles (really, more like 20,000) will be a total waste of money for what you are doing.

Run a used oil analysis at 20,000 - prove me wrong

10k OCI sounds safe since the engine runs a lot.
Do oil analyses, and let them be your guide to determining and oil change interval.
Don't neglect changing the other fluids in the drivetrain. Maintenance can easily get away from you running as many miles as you are.
Keep track of fuel consumption. In my gig as RV Transporter, fuel cost takes 30% of what I earn.
A Toyota should be good for this work as they have a great reputation for reliability.
If you find you need a car with better fuel economy, consider getting something with a diesel.

10k on M1 should be easy (but like everyone else said, do it with a UOA)

I would also say that you are a good candidate for extended drains with Amsoil, since this is easy duty for most oils. With the UOA I would think if you could go up to two months and 20,000 miles using a Fram Ultra or Amsoil filter.

Which is exactly why I said he should buy the absolutely cheapest 5w30 in existence

Your time is probably at a premium so try a long drain oil with a Fram Ultra. You could even try a 0 or 5w30. I'd eventually work up to 20k mile oci's with a 10k uoa first and see how the results fare. You are in an ideal situation for long drains, just be a little cautious until you work up to 20k intervals. Mobil 1 AP or Amsoil Signature Series in whatever grade you settle on. That filter is good for 20k also. So in your case you'd be good for two months before changing your oil out. Good luck.

It's not severe service running it all the time. Those are the easy miles. The bad ones are the ones for 5 miles or less and lots of cold starts....In your case I would go 8-10k easily.

Depends on philosophy I suppose. If OP has plenty of time to do oil changes then a 7500 OCI every 3 weeks with ST Syn is probably fine. But if that is inconvenient then once every two months is a better plan - and for the oil alone, one Amsoil change is $45 for 5 quarts while 15 quarts of ST Syn is $54. Assuming of course that a 20k OCI is ok after testing with UOA.

I just put in some Mobil 1 0w-20 Advanced Fuel Economy with a top-of-the-line Fram filter. How often would you recommend changing the oil since this is obviously "severe service" and it's a high mileage car? I kind of want to put a high-mileage oil in the car to ward off things like leaks from old gaskets but I also like saving gas. Your opinions?

If this is going to be to be your everyday work for years / decades, you better be socking away about $200 for every 1,000 miles on your odometer, for future vehicle maintenance/replacement costs. Vehicles today cost 25K +. Start saving up!

If places like Uber were rewarding jobs...... wait....... no they aren't.... and you should consider another field / line of work A.S.A.P
