I've had about enough of ducking behind the sunvisor and flipping it to front and to side all the time. I've lost some vision in my left eye and I attribute this to the sun and my commute.
I'm hoping you guys can share your system of avoiding the sun driving in the mornings and evenings.
Some ideas:
- duct tape the top 4 inches of the driver side window -> have CHP on my [censored] within the day (I'm lucky that way). It wouldn't be much different than having the sunvisor to the side, but it's probably illegal in CA (anyone know about this?).
- attach some kind of ghetto curtain hanging 4 inches down, going over the pillar and to the sunvisor in the front position. This would be the deluxe version, with the annoying sun not getting a break near the pillar.
- your great idea that you care to share
- the elusive (to me) comercial product xyz
