Downsides to driving with warped rotors ?

Somehow my mom's 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee is fine with 93,000 miles on it, despite the fact that the OE rotors warped like mad.

I just recently replaced the rear pads and rotors.

All I learned from this is that I will never buy MOPAR rotors if I can avoid it, and that warped rotors harm nothing.

I warped the rotors on my tracker by overtightening the lugnuts on my snow tires last winter... It was shaking pretty bad but I left them on.
In the spring when I put on my 3 season tires, I used a torque wrench(getting smarter eh) on the lugs and was practicing my braking and seeing what's normal for brake fade compared to my Neon(which had fade problems).
Anyways I never did get the tracker brakes to fade from 4 stops in succession from 50 mph but it seemed to unwarp the rotors, not all the way but now they have a slight pulse compared to bad shaking.
