Down the fill hole of the 5.4L Expy

Just figured I'd post this as a comparison to rudolphna's thread.

Current fill is Mobil 1 0w40 w/6,000Kms on it, Motorcraft FL-820S filter. Truck has 194,000Km on it now (120,500 miles). 2002.

We bought it with 150,000Km on it, and it has had: M1 5w20 x1 OCI, Delvac 1 5w40 x2 OCI, and the current M1 0w40 fill. Maintenance history prior to the 150,000Km is unknown. Likely bulk oil from wherever.

I titled it the same as Rudolphna's thread, since the vehicles are similar and thought he might get a kick out of it.
