Does your employer have a yearly ‘code of conduct’ you have to agree to ?

Sometimes you have to bend the rules to be employee of the month,..,
With the way things are right now... all you have to do is

Not use drugs
and show up.

And you just may be...

Not really a 'code of conduct' yearly. Mainly a background check, beings my business deals with State Lotteries.

Must have pretty clean underwear on to deal with Lotteries, Powerball, etc. Drug tests as well. I have no problem with it either, keeps the riff-raff out at my job. I work with some great people!

They do have zero tolerance on racial issues, sexual harassment, etc. Out the door if you pull that, but it is not brought up yearly. Just a common sense thing that you signed when hired.

My first day on the job coming up on 23 years ago I had to swear an oath to support and defend the Constitution. No refreshers on that one 😁

Actually, now there is a one-time refresher on that one....

Constitution Day ✪

(No CAC Required) Knowing what is in the U.S. Constitution and why the Constitution is relevant to us today is fundamental to our being able to defend it. We have a special obligation to understand and appreciate the U.S. Constitution and the role we each play in providing for the common defense. Take the 508 Compliant Course on the U.S. Department of Defense U.S. Constitution website.

No, although now we have yearly training about harassment, and insider trader, and probably something else.

It's called something like standards of business integrity for us. It's a yearly online module we have to do and sign. My manager(s) will hound us if we haven't gotten it done on time. Guys in production like myself used shared computers, so you have to do them when you can.
