If it mostly drains out, it won't hurt a thing. Of couse if the flush or soak mostly drains out, that won't hurt a thing either. Engines are generally WAY tougher than the overthinkers think they are.
Personally, I occasionally run some MMO before an oil change, if all of it does not drain out thats perfectly fine, since MMO can be ran for the full interval if desired. I never sweat it.
