Does FRAM Ultra oil filter have date code?

Does FRAM Ultra oil filter have date code (date of manufacturing)?
I cannot found any digits on the body...

All the Ultra XG3600 filters I've looked at lately don't seem to have the date code on them. Looked high and low with a strong flashlight at all different angles.
