Disapointed with America's tire.

I got a call at work today from the store manager. He said that he had heard that we were not happy with his store and wanted to hear our side of the story.

He did seem concerned and was offering a discount on the next tires purchased from his store. He also said that he was not at work on the day that this happened.

Guy I once worked with said (paraphrase), forget dealing the monkees go straight to the organ grinder.

But, it's the squeaky wheel that gets the grease. If I wanted to go back I'd have complained. If not, I'd just go elsewhere.

I've found that there is a significant difference between each store. The Discount Tire I had my Yk520 replaced at was full of it. The one near my parents is much better and once telling them of my poor experience at the other store, adjusted my replacement tire furthermore for my troubles.
