The summer heat ,here,bakes the oil.thats my conclusion why my auto intervals,it's as I described synthetics never did that .just dino oils . My dad had Mobil drive clean back then,1992-93 era. The extra detergent.but that was him trying to be cheap too. 6 months , 24-2700 miles. Oil changes.it was either that,or Mobil one .synthetic Thier we're no semi synths.hydrocracked appeared around 1993 but didn't catch on till like 2000.
