Subject should be if not cut off:
"Differential and Manual Transmission Molybdenum Disulfide"

If I read all the postings across BITOG, Molybdenum Disulfide is a good idea for Differentials and Manual Transmissions.

I have always used Valvoline Syntetic 85w-140 for each, which "Moly" product do I add, and how much for the transmission and differential?

I have just rebuilt the manual transmission and differential.
so this is "Virgin."

I've always read that it is bad for a manual trans because it can interfere with the syncros (too slick or friction modified). I suppose it might be OK for an open dif, but why do you feel that it will improve the lube that you already have? If you feel that it is not good enough, get a different brand.
