Dexter EZ lube and Green Grease

I serviced utility trailer Dexter EZ lube wheel bearings with the brand Green Grease. It is actually green in color too. Trailer is used locally only couple hundred miles a year, never immersed in water.
After 1 year the grease is now gray in color. Do you think the Green Grease is no longer good ? Don’t want bearing failure on side of road. Would you replace grease with an approved grease ? I have used Green Grease for years in lawn mower spindles, ATV, UTV, tractors, implements. Applications where I see the excess grease it stays green for years.

My question is, what is 'Mixed Complex' and what is it compatible with?

Also......WTH, sorry, but I'm not using a product from a company when their 'Datasheets'' tab is this:

If it were my trailer, I'd clean the hubs out and use something not so sketchy.

Did you remove all the old grease? Might not be compatible. Dexter usually uses a lithium complex grease.

I use valvoline synpower which is a lithium complex grease, its not on this list. I don't think it was in production back when this list was made.

I use the Valvoline Grey synthetic grease in wheel bearing for dexter axles on 2005 airstream 8500 lbs.. currently going on two years since repacking them.. had to remove one wheel in alaska last summer due to loose brake backing plate and all was well.. the trick is to thoroughly clean old grease out of bearing, I use gas and let them soak for a bit to break down old grease, then clean with brake cleaner and let dry. replace by hand , reinstall, tighten to 50 ft lbs while spinning wheel,, stop wheel, loosen nut and just put back finger tight insert pin and cram some more grease in if possible install dust cap and WAHLA.. done..

If they are the ez lube axles just pump more through them and get on with life IMO.
Probably just discoloration from remnants of the previous grease and heat/load.
I am currently using it in my utility trailer with a 3500lb dexter ez grease axle with no issues.

FWIW The green seems goes away some in high speed applications vs a sliding low speed application such as tractor steering etc.

I dont like M1 grease its the only grease that has ever dripped out of my grease gun in the winter stored in my garage with the rod pulled back.
Good grease leaks less(maybe a couple drops) in my 100f shed than m1 over the winter.

Green Grease is not GC or LB rated and even though they say boat trailer bearings if contacted they say not to use it on wheel bearings as it is nit rated. It my be a good product for things like low speed joints and others when used in wet environments or equipment that sets outside a lot.

Mobil 1 synthetic, the red leaky one is my go to for trailer bearings. i let all my tubes marinate for a while and get all the runny stuff out of them.
second go to is mystic JT-6 if it can be found.
