dexron III g h z r . . . confusion

I have an 02' nissan altima w/ a 4 speed auto. (same as maxima trans). I was using dexron III "g" spec with lubegaurd black, but since dexron III is now "h" spec, do I still need lubegaurd?

You probably didn't need it with the "g" dexron.
These transmissions sometimes shift harshly and lubegard may help smooth it out a little.

Use the dexIII-h by itself. If you are happy with the shift quality, then skip the lubegard. If not, then use one of the HFM products. I prefer lubegard platinum.
