Are these for transmissions, differentials, transfer cases, or what? Also, what vehicles do these apply to?

They are 75W-90. If you look in the Corvette forums you will see the LS versions referred to in terms of eliminating differential chatter.

Am I missing something? When I check out the DEXRON VI page I see a list of the license number and product name. On the DEXRON Gear oil page all I see is the license number.

Perhaps product names are not confirmed? I see that not all of the ATFs have product names listed.

The MSDS for Petro-Canada DEXRON(R)Gear Oil is on the internet, it's the 75W-90 non-LS. I have not found any more yet.
