Deutz OEM Filters?

Depends on where the engine is sold. If it's Europe, good chance it's Mann.

If it's the USA, someone private labels for them..

I take it that Mann is a high quality brand? I'm not familiar with them.

yes MANN is the maker of probably the worlds best quality oil filter range

With most German engines MANN filters seem to perform best and are specific to the task. The quality of their internals and case structure is second to none

Knect may also be an OEM supplier

I presume this engine is in a tractor?

Thanks Doug. I'm thinking about getting a 914-series air-cooled diesel engine for a genset, and I just wanted to have as much info as possible on Deutz before hand.

Hi,
the 914 series engine may require a Euro spec lubricant. You should check it out

Deutz are excellent engines with a history measured in many decades!
