Dent Pullers

Anyone tries those dent pullers you see on infomercial and or from Canadian Tire and the likes?

Do they work? Or waste of money..

I have lil dents here and there.. and when I detail my cars I see them reflect wrong and notice new ones.. that I want to just

and cry..

I don't want to take it to a shop and ask to bend over to get those lil dings out..

Maybe I'm just too picky bout my car

Those pullers usually only work well on more substantial dents than what it sounds like you are describing. Check the Yellow Pages or ask around for a good PDR guy. PDR is "Paintless Dent Removal," and they can do some amazing things.

I was a skeptic on the PDR until someone convinced me to try it.
I got a door ding on my new SCION, and it was heartbreaking as I hadn't bought a new car in 14 years.
They came to my office and did the dent in under an hour (they had to drill a hole in the door side by the latch to avoid possibly breaking the window due to the SCION's design which they plugged) and I was totally impressed. it's 99% gone. The 1% is a tiny chip that's not of course their fault.
It cost me $125 and while that could be considered over the top for a door ding, if you're like me and just got a new car, it's worth it.

I have used PDR on my BMW a couple of times. They managed what seems to be magic to remove small dings. Do research to find a chain operation that has been in yourlocation a few years. A set of tools and a truck does not make an expert.

Also many auto dealers offer the serice.

I've also used PDR with excellent results. I've taken it to their shop (which will be cheaper). Depending on the size/quantity, the shops around here charge about $35-65 per dent.
